However, due to the nature of academic writing and digital deliverables, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. No Refund After Work Delivery

Since our services involve custom-written, digital content tailored specifically to each client, no refunds are possible once the work has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

A refund may be issued only if:

• Work has not started
• No resources have been assigned
• No research/writing time has been invested
  A processing fee may be deducted.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where:

• Work has partially begun
• Research or structure has been prepared
  Only a partial refund may be applicable, based on the completed effort.

4. No Refund for:

• Missed university or journal deadlines caused by late client communication
• Change in topic or requirements after work has begun
• Client dissatisfaction based on personal preference after work meets agreed guidelines
• Plagiarism detected in external content provided by the client
• Journal rejection (since acceptance depends on external reviewers)

5. Revision Policy Instead of Refund

If you are unhappy with the content, Writence offers free revisions within the original scope to improve the work.

6. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
